If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claims must be brought in small claims court or resolved through binding individual arbitration, not class action, in the State of New Jersey. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
